Busting Myths About Palm Beach County Real Estate 

In order to help you make more informed decisions and get the most equity out of your Palm Beach County home sale we're going to blow the cover off a few different real estate myths that you might still believe in.
  1. Pricing High: Starting your Palm Beach County home at a high price is not a good strategy. Pricing high tends to push away potential buyers and limit your pool. This will help raise your sale price because you will get multiple offers, which puts you in the position to make your buyers compete.  Today we're going to have a little bit of fun. I'm going to share some Palm Beach County properties that you can buy in different price ranges.

My clients often ask me what their current home is worth, and what they will be able to buy in Palm Beach County. I want to share some options with you.

If you're looking for a home in the range of $1-1.5 million, then I have an 11,000 sq ft property in a beautiful community with amazing golf views. This home is located in Atlantis, has guest house and was designed for entertaining.

If you love boating, we have an ocean access, 4,000 sq ft home with beautiful views of the water. The owner has also done all the hard work and renovated the home to move-in condition.

If you're a little more reserved with your budget but still want the water, I have a great home that is in north Palm Beach that is on the water with ocean access. It also comes with a boat, dock, lift, and a great pool area. This property is also renovated and in move-in condition. The listing price is $550,000.

Also, if you're looking for a second home, I have a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom penthouse in Boynton Beach at the Marina Village. This is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the marina. It's like living in a 5 star resort. The owner will entertain any offers between $425,000 and $450,000.
